Holly Reneau

Holly Reneau is an Operating Principal at Accel-KKR Consulting Group and a member of Accel-KKR’s DE&I council supporting the firm’s initiatives on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Prior to joining Accel-KKR’s Consulting Group, Reneau held pre- and post-IPO sales leadership positions across multiple companies including Workday, Ariba and FreeMarkets. Over her career, Reneau has improved sales execution and operational structure for companies scaling from $25M up to $3B+ in revenue. Her expertise is in creating globally adopted programs such as go-to-market approaches, industry playbooks, sales process optimization and AI-enhanced product strategies. Reneau earned her Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, where she was an Academic All-American for soccer.
