Alina Gratschner is the founder of XMYNDS, where support is provided to organizations to unlock their 10x potential, and currently holds a position in strategy and growth at Kalibra.ai, a platform focused on personalized health and longevity. As a contributor to the second edition of "Exponential Organizations," Alina engages with notable figures in Silicon Valley and serves as a consultant, trainer, and sprint coach for OpenExO, promoting transformational growth. Alina co-chairs the IEEE Blockchain group in Switzerland, participates as a keynote speaker and moderator in various events, and leads initiatives in the EUtop50 program, aimed at fostering innovation leadership in Europe. Additional roles include fellowships with Sandbox and Power of Youth, and experience in corporate innovation and acceleration with enpact. Alina's academic background includes a Duo Master in International Business, Strategy & Innovation from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics.
