Georgie Nightingall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in conversation facilitation, emotional intelligence training, and project management. As the Founder of Trigger Conversations since October 2016, Georgie aims to enhance global communication. Serving as a Paul Ekman Approved Trainer at Paul Ekman International since November 2018, Georgie delivers specialized training in evaluating truthfulness and emotional skills. Active in the global Sandbox community, Georgie promotes collaboration among young leaders and serves on the Elected Governance Council. Georgie's past roles include project management at The Francis Crick Institute and various positions in project coordination at organizations such as Cancer Research UK and Dixons Carphone. Georgie is currently pursuing a PhD in Engineering Design - Human Connectivity at Imperial College London, following a distinguished academic background in philosophy and applied psychology from notable institutions.
