Benjamin Récapé

Benjamin Récapé has held various roles throughout their work experience. Benjamin is currently the Managing Director for the toucanBox business unit at Sandbox & Co, where they are responsible for defining the BU strategy, acquiring new customers, and managing the P&L for marketing, product, and operations.

Prior to their current role, Benjamin worked as a Strategic Advisor for zero and TRICKSHOT. Benjamin also has experience at toucanBox, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's operational functions, including product sourcing, customer service, and operational finance.

Before toucanBox, Benjamin worked at Daler-Rowney Limited as a Distribution & Logistics Manager, overseeing distribution centers and leading a team of employees. Benjamin also played a role in site development.

Earlier in their career, Benjamin worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at TEA Ergo Inc.

Benjamin Récapé's education history includes obtaining a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal in 2009. Benjamin also attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes et de l'Innovation (ENSGSI) from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Master's degree in Innovation, Industrial Organization, and Management. Prior to this, they completed a preparation program for entry examination to engineering schools at Saliège Campus from 2003 to 2006. Benjamin Récapé's educational journey began with a Baccalaureat degree from Lycée Pierre De Fermat, where they studied mathematics, physics, applied sciences, languages, French, philosophy, biology, chemistry, and history. Additionally, they hold a certification in "Value Management" from AFAV - Association Française pour l'Analyse de la Valeur.
