Chelsa Materi currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Sandbox Mutual Insurance since January 2021, with prior experience as Associate Vice President of Underwriting. Chelsa's career includes significant roles at Saskatchewan Mutual Insurance Company, where responsibilities ranged from Underwriting Manager and Underwriting Supervisor, overseeing a team of over 40 in the Underwriting department, to handling property and liability claims as an Adjuster. An Underwriter previously for four years, Chelsa specialized in assessing commercial and farm risks. Initial experience as a Broker at AGI focused on personal lines insurance. Chelsa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 2011 and 2015.
