Norris Rusling is a seasoned technology manager with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently, Norris holds the position of Manager Technology at both Sandbox Mutual Insurance and SMI SaskMutual Insurance since August 2021. Prior to these roles, Norris served as Manager Corporate Technology at Prairie Centre Credit Union from December 2013 to August 2021, and as Director of IT Applications at Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority for a brief period in 2012-2013. Norris began the career at Bourgault Industries Ltd. as IT Team Leader, where tenure lasted from April 1997 to November 2012. Norris holds a Technician Diploma in Micro-Electronics from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST), attained between 1993 and 1994.
