Graham Steel

Graham Steel has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Graham currently serves as the Head of Product - Quantum Security at SandboxAQ since September 2022. Prior to that, Graham was the CEO and co-founder of Cryptosense from September 2013 to September 2022. Graham also worked at INRIA as a Chargé de recherche from September 2008 to August 2013. Before that, they served as a Lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Edinburgh from October 2007 to August 2008 and as a Research Associate from October 2004 to September 2007. Additionally, Graham worked as a Research Associate at Università degli Studi di Genova from April 2004 to September 2004 and at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) / University of Karlsruhe (TH) from October 2003 to March 2004.

Graham Steel started their education at the University of Cambridge in 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Graham completed their studies and obtained their MA degree in 1998. In the following year, Graham enrolled at the University of Edinburgh to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Artificial Intelligence, which they completed in 1999. Afterward, Graham continued their education at the same university and completed their Ph.D. in Informatics in 2003. In addition to their formal academic education, Graham also participated in the Challenge+ Programme at HEC Paris, where they focused on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies.
