Ravi Kumar

Ravi Kumar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering, specifically in HVAC and cooling systems. RAVI began their career at Behr India Limited in 2001 as the Assistant Manager of Product Design and Development. During their time at Behr India, Ravi was responsible for concept development, detailed design and development of cooling module projects. RAVI also served as the Team Leader for engineering services projects and had the opportunity to work for Behr Germany and Behr Spain for a period of approximately 12 months.

In 2007, Ravi joined Tata Technologies (ERC Tata Motors) as a Project Manager in the HVAC System COC - UV Projects division. There, their responsibilities centered around overseeing design and development activities for all utility vehicle projects, including ARIA, SAFARI, GRANDE, and SUMO. Additionally, they actively contributed to quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives as a member of the cross-functional teams.

After their tenure at Tata Technologies, Ravi joined Banco Products India Limited in 2016 as the General Manager of Technical Services. In this role, they held responsibility for the technical aspects of the organization, bringing their expertise in HVAC and cooling systems to drive operational excellence. RAVI served in this capacity until 2018.

Currently, Ravi holds the position of General Manager of Engineering - HVAC Systems at Sanden Vikas India Pvt. Ltd., a position they have held since 2018. As General Manager, they oversee the engineering functions related to HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Ravi Kumar obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering at Nagpur University, graduating in the year 2000. RAVI then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, completing their studies in the year 2010. Lastly, Ravi Kumar obtained a Master's degree in Heat & Power from Pune University between 2012 and 2014.
