Rich Sells is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as an Associate Broker at Realty One Group Edge since February 2018 and at Sanders Team Realty since 2018, while also holding the role of Managing Partner at Vision TLS LLC since 2014 and Managing Member/Broker at VisionTLS, Inc. since January 2015. Rich's expertise includes managing and assessing REO products for institutional clients focused on tax liens. Previous positions include Director of Sales and Business Development at PIP Group, LLC, and Director of Property Acquisition/Sales at National Realty Group LLC. Rich has a strong background in sales and business development, with earlier roles at CT Solutions and Astra Media Group.
