Eric Mansuy has over 15 years of experience in the poultry industry, currently serving as Production Manager and Technical Manager for Broilers at Sanders Nutrition animale since September 2017. Prior to this role, Eric Mansuy was a Poultry Specialist at MiXscience from August 2014 to September 2017 and held a similar position at GROUPE GLON SANDERS from January 2008 to July 2014. Eric Mansuy began professional career as a Poultry Researcher at GROUPE GLON SANDERS from 2002 to 2007. Educated at Ecole supérieure d'agriculture d'Angers, Eric Mansuy earned a degree in Zootechnie, graduating in 2002.
