Dalton Knight

Dalton Knight, B.S. R.S., currently serves as an Environmental Health Officer at North East Texas Public Health District since January 2021, following an earlier role as an Environmental Sanitarian 1 starting June 2016. In addition, Dalton works as a Drip Line Supervisor at Sanderson Farms, overseeing up to 48 employees and managing various production lines. Dalton has contributed as a Bystander Intervention Assistant at The University of Texas at Tyler and has experience in patient transport and equipment management at Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics. A former Wireline Operator for GR Energy Services, Dalton also held the role of Vice President for the Student Veterans Organization at The University of Texas at Tyler and served in the United States Marine Corps as a vehicle commander. Dalton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate's Degree in Physical Sciences from Tyler Junior College.
