Scott Gann

Scott Gann has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, with a career spanning multiple organizations and roles. Currently, Scott serves as a Staff Officer and Benefits Coordinator for the Mississippi Department of Child Protective Services since October 2016. Prior to this position, Scott held key roles including Regional Human Resources Manager at Pioneer Health Services, managing HR for rural hospitals, and Human Resources Supervisor at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where responsibilities included employee relations and policy implementation. Scott also worked at Baylor University Medical Center as a Human Resources Consultant, overseeing HR functions across multiple divisions, and gained foundational experience in HR roles at TXU and TXU Electric Delivery. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
