With a career spanning over two decades at Intelligent Resource Limited, Karen has been instrumental in delivering tailored recruitment solutions across various sectors, focusing on enhancing business performance and facilitating change. Prior experience includes roles such as Managing Director, Sales and Delivery Director, and Sales Manager at Sopra Steria from 2000 to 2015. Karen holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of the West of Scotland, obtained from 1992 to 1997.
