Con una planta de procesamiento ubicada al norte de la Faja Pirítica Ibérica, que se abastece de mineral de tres minas subterráneas, Aguas Teñidas y Magdalena en Almonaster la Real y Sotiel en Calañas, Sandfire MATSA produce concentrados de mineral de cobre, zinc y plomo, que se comercializan desde el Puerto de Huelva.

Sandfire MATSA is a modern mining company which owns and operates the MATSA Mining Operations in the Huelva, province of Spain. Our commitment to the highest standards of safety, responsibility and sustainability supports our goal to deliver a positive, lasting contribution to the communities where we operate.
With a processing plant located to the north of the Iberian Pyrite Belt that sources ore from three underground mines, Aguas Teñidas and Magdalena mines in Almonaster la Real and the Sotiel mine in Calañas, Sandfire MATSA produces copper, zinc and lead mineral concentrates that are sold from the port of Huelva.
