Jo Reynolds

Jo Reynolds (Budd) is a seasoned contracts specialist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Contracts Lead for the Motheo Copper project at Sandfire since April 2021, Jo manages over 200 construction contracts from tendering to closeout. Previous roles include Senior Contract Administrator at ConocoPhillips, focusing on manpower and global mobility contracts for the Barossa Project, and several positions at DOF Subsea, Woodside Energy, and Subsea 7, where responsibilities included tender preparation, pricing, and commercial negotiations. Jo's background also includes senior estimating positions at WorleyParsons and Technip, contributing to key projects such as Chevron's Wheatstone Upstream Project.
