Venkataraman Srinivasan

Venkataraman Srinivasan is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as Business Head and Group HR Head at Sandhar Technologies Ltd. since May 2021, Venkataraman has previously held significant roles at Vedanta Steel Business as Associate Vice President and Chief People & Advocacy Officer, as well as in various HR leadership positions within VEDANTA LIMITED SESA GOA IRON ORE BUSINESS and Sesa Goa Limited. Venkataraman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Bharathiar University and has a foundational engineering education from Govt Engineering College, Salem.
