Andy Rich has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andy currently serves as the President of BizDev3.0 at Sandler Training, where they focus on solving complex sales and business challenges. Prior to this, they held the role of President at BizDev3.0, where they worked as a partner and change agent in sales strategy and training. Andy also served as the Chief Sales Officer at Harris Interactive, overseeing the corporate field sales organization. Additionally, Andy has experience in business development, sales, and consulting roles in various industries including healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. This includes roles at Hill-Rom, update software AG, Answerthink Consulting Group, The Royal Group, Keane, and Metropolitan Golfers Club, where they founded and served as CEO.
