Donna Cecchini

Donna Cecchini, PCC has a diverse work experience. Donna is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Accounts at Sandler, a consulting and training organization specializing in revenue generation. Prior to this role, Donna founded their own business, Attra, where they worked as an Executive Coach and Business Strategist, guiding leaders and entrepreneurs in transforming concepts into successful programs. Donna also provided communication training to executives and performed talent evaluations for optimal team efficiency. Donna has also worked as a National Sales Executive at XINNIX - The Academy of Excellence, partnering with companies to provide educational programs for sales, sales management, leadership, and effective communication. Earlier in their career, they had a long and successful tenure at Keller Williams Realty Greater Quad Cities, first as the CEO and later as a Productivity Coach. Donna launched a support and coaching division for new salespeople and led top-producer teams in communication and high-performance tactics. In addition, Donna has experience as a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX and as a Secondary English Teacher at Geneseo High School and Zion Benton Township High School. As an educator, they developed and implemented a school-to-work curriculum and secured grants to fund their projects.

Donna Cecchini, PCC holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a DISC Certified Instructor from The Abelson Group, a Meditation & Mindfulness Instructor from the McLean Meditation Institute, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation.
