Alan Sladek has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alan began their career at AAA Cooper, where they served as a Regional Sales Coordinator, responsible for building a high-performance sales team in Louisiana and Texas. Alan then joined Goff Homes, working in various capacities and eventually becoming the Vice President. At Goff Homes, they developed a strategic sales process and managed operations and construction to ensure profitability and customer service. Most recently, Alan has been working at Sandlin Homes, starting as the Director of Sales & Marketing and eventually progressing to Vice President Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Field Operations. In their current role as Chief Operating Officer, they continue to uphold Sandlin Homes' founding values of Driven, Do the right thing, Accountable, Inspired, Passionate, and Family, while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Alan Sladek attended Brentwood Christian School from 1984 to 1988, but did not earn a degree or pursue a specific field of study during that time. Alan then went on to Abilene Christian University, where they obtained a BA in Business Communications from 1988 to 1992.
