Michael L. Lambert has extensive experience in customer care and warranty management within the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as the Warranty Manager at Sandlin Custom Homes since November 2010, Michael oversees warranty issues and resolutions involving trades, vendors, and homeowners. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Care Manager at Meritage Homes, where responsibilities included handling escalated complaints for a community of over 1000 homes, and managing customer care at Gehan Homes. Additionally, Michael was President at M&M Contractors, where remodeling projects were designed and implemented, and served as Vice President of Operations at Adampac, overseeing over 250 employees. Michael holds an MBA from Dallas Baptist University and a BA in Behavioral Studies from Governors State University.
