Huda Alhashmi is currently serving as a Jusoor Ambassador at Sandooq Al Watan since January 2023, where participation in a selective program focuses on empowering Emirati talents and enhancing skills for successful careers. Previously, Huda worked as a Business Development Executive at AG Facilities Solutions from April 2023 to August 2024, where responsibilities included client relations and market research. An internship at Dubai Police HQ involved translation and database management in early 2023. Huda has participated in various youth programs and councils, including the Arab Youth Podcast training program and the Umm Al-Quwain youth council. Huda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Translation Studies from United Arab Emirates University and completed a summer course at the National University of Singapore. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Applied Technology High School in Ajman.

Sandooq Al Watan is a philanthropic organization that embodies social cohesion, alongside the directives of the UAE’s leadership, in providing opportunities for the people of the UAE to succeed in life by empowering them to be engaged actively in the economic and social development of the country. We provide funding and support for initiatives that contribute to the economic and social development of the United Arab Emirates and that increase the participation of Emiratis, particularly young Emiratis in the private, social and creative sectors of the economy. We support creative people, innovative organizations, and impactful enterprises to help prepare Emiratis for increased economic and social participation in the emerging knowledge economy as the United Arab Emirates pivots away from hydrocarbon dependence.
