With experience at various companies such as Sandor Development, 1045 Commercial Real Estate, and Regency Properties, Rianna has managed portfolios of properties, coordinated landlord interactions, and overseen vendor/project status. Through their roles as an Account Manager and Marketing and Leasing Assistant, Rianna has demonstrated proficiency in marketing processes and strategic planning. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, Rianna is a skilled professional with a strong foundation in business and marketing.

Sandor is one of the largest privately held shopping center developers in the nation, owning and operating over 8 million square feet of commercial retail across 25 states. Building on 60 years of success and with a focus on center revitalization, Sandor has the stability to take a long-term view of property and market success. Although the portfolio was built primarily through ground-up development, in 2008-2009 the focus shifted to acquisition. Since then, Sandor has acquired more than $700 million of undeveloped land, existing centers, and single-tenant assets in the last seven years. While many competitors have struggled, Sandor’s financial strength created opportunity, growing the company from 6 to over 8 million square feet in the past ten years.
