Abhishek Gupta

Abhishek Gupta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in digital HR solutions and people analytics. Currently serving as the Global HR Technology Lead and Global Head of Digital HR Solutions at Sandoz since May 2019, Abhishek has previously held key roles at Novartis, including Business Partner for Total Rewards and Senior Compensation Solutions Expert, from September 2015 to April 2019. Additionally, Abhishek's career includes positions as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Quaker Houghton and as Executive in HR at Tata Consultancy Services. Abhishek began a career in HR as an Associate in Training at Infovision Software Private Limited. Abhishek holds an Executive Data Science Program certification from Johns Hopkins University School of Education, an MBA in HR and Information Systems from the Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Utkal University.
