Ciara Conway is currently the Head of Market Access and Stakeholder Engagement at Sandoz in Ireland. Previously, they served as the Government Affairs and Market Access Manager at Baxter International Inc. from 2018 to 2025, and held the role of Project Leader for Barnardos Wexford from 2016 to 2017. Ciara has also been a Vice Chairperson of the Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children and a Council Member for Waterford City & County Council. They earned a BA in Public and Social Policy from the University of Galway, followed by a Master in Social Work from University College Cork and an MBA from Waterford Institute of Technology.
