Cliff Pollack

Cliff Pollack is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director, People & Organization Business Partner at Sandoz since August 2023, where responsibilities include developing talent acquisition and retention programs. Previously, as Senior Director of Human Resources at OraSure Technologies from April 2021 to July 2023, Cliff led HR functions for the Diagnostics Business Unit. From July 2005 to April 2021, extensive roles at Pfizer included Senior Director of Human Resources across multiple divisions, advising on HR strategies for over 1000 colleagues. Earlier career experience includes HR leadership positions at Sandoz and Merrill Lynch. Cliff holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources/Organization Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Japanese from Colgate University.
