Duncan Skinner

Duncan Skinner is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR for Sandoz Global Development and CCO since June 2022. With a career at Novartis from August 2003 to May 2022, Duncan held various senior HR roles, including Head HR for GDD Clinical Development & Analytics in China and Japan, and Global Head of Compensation and Benefits for the Research division. Duncan also led initiatives in talent management and organizational development while overseeing HR operations for significant global teams. Prior to Novartis, Duncan worked at Citi from August 1996 to August 2003, rising to the position of Senior HR Generalist and Head of Compensation & Benefits for Europe. Educational credentials include a B.A. in English and a PGDHRM in Human Resources from the University of Cape Town.
