Glenn A. Gerecke

Glenn A. Gerecke is the Global Head of Sandoz Operations at Sandoz. Glenn has previously served as the Senior Vice President of Europe Operations at Teva Pharmaceuticals from February 2013 to May 2020. In this role, they reported to the EVP of Teva Global Operations and led end-to-end manufacturing of pharmaceutical products for the Americas, Europe, Asia, and other international markets.

At Teva, Glenn oversaw a European manufacturing network of 9000 colleagues working in 18 manufacturing sites in 16 countries. The total output was approximately 40B OSD units and 500M sterile units, along with various other dosage forms. Glenn managed direct and indirect reports that included large site general managers, site cluster leaders, and global function leaders from Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing Science/Technology, EHS, IT, RA, Finance, and HR.

Under Glenn's leadership, the region saw an improvement of 3% in employee engagement and 5% in enablement over the prior year. Glenn also implemented new processes that resulted in an enablement score that surpassed the pharmaceutical manufacturing comparison norm.

Glenn A. Gerecke earned their PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, MS in Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MA in Business from Framingham State University, and BS in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
