Hannes Schlottmann

Hannes Schlottmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology transformation, digital business development, and innovation management. Currently serving as the Global Director for Technology Transformation and Strategy & Change Management at Sandoz since September 2021, Hannes previously held various leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz AG, including Project & Portfolio Lead for Digital Business Development and Senior Consultant. Additional experience includes work at Deloitte in innovation management, as well as a corporate innovation role at Airbus. Hannes co-founded the SOS Afrika Hochschulgruppe and has a strong educational background, holding an MSc in Strategic Entrepreneurship from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a First Class Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth.
