Janet Wolan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Professional at Sandoz since May 2025, Janet previously held the position of Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. from March 2022 to November 2024. Earlier roles include Executive Recruiter (Associate Director) at Axtria - Ingenious Insights and Talent Acquisition Consultant for various pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms from October 2019 to September 2021, where Janet successfully filled positions across Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, PV, and Corporate functions.
