Jochen Schust

Jochen Schust is the Group Head IP at Sandoz, where they have held various roles since 2011, including Senior Patent Attorney and Principal IP Counsel. Prior to Sandoz, Jochen worked as a Patent Attorney at Maiwald Patentanwalts GmbH from 2009 to 2011. Jochen earned a Vordiplom in Chemistry from Universität Bayreuth and furthered their education with a Diplom in Chemistry from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, and a Dr.rer.nat. from the Max Planck Society. They also completed a degree in Laws for Patent Attorneys from Fernuniversität Hagen between 2006 and 2009.
