John P. Sheedy

John P. Sheedy, CFE, currently serves as the Head of Employee Relations (NA) and the SpeakUp Office for the Americas Region at Sandoz, focusing on fostering a safe and ethical work environment. Prior to this role, John held the position of Associate Director of Global Security Investigations at Novartis, where responsibilities included overseeing security investigations and initiatives throughout the Americas. John has an extensive law enforcement background, having retired as the Associate Special Agent in Charge from the Drug Enforcement Administration, where numerous departments and over 500 employees were managed. John's earlier roles included significant leadership positions within the DEA, particularly with the New York Drug Enforcement Task Force, as well as in internal investigations. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton and has additional education in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from St. John's University.
