Kartik Shivkumar

Kartik Shivkumar is an experienced professional in operations and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Head Of Operations & Strategic Initiatives at Sandoz since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kartik acted as COO at EXTROVIS from April 2024 to November 2024. Kartik has extensive experience at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, leading the Results Delivery Organization from March 2017 to April 2024, and previously held the position of Head of Project Management at Zydus Group from October 2007 to March 2017. Early career roles include Project Delivery Manager at both Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Shasun, and Graduate Engineer Trainee at Godrej Saralee from 1999 to 2002.
