Head of Customer Success at Transifex

Nina Eleftheriadou is the head of customer success at Transifex. Nina has been with the company for seven years and one month, during which time they have held various positions, including head of customer success, technical support manager, and customer success engineer. In their current role, they are responsible for ensuring that the team provides excellent customer service, follows company policies and procedures, and achieves its goals. Nina also oversees responses to support tickets and ensures that we have up-to-date documentation and supporting materials for our customers. Nina is a strong advocate for the resolution of customer issues and works closely with our product and engineering teams to resolve complex problems. Nina is also responsible for sharing customer feedback with the product and design teams to help improve our products and services.

Nina Eleftheriadou has a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineer from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a High School Diploma in Exact Sciences from 1st High School of Ptolemaida. Nina also has a Certified Computer Aided Designer (CCAD) certification.
