Katerina Dalova

Katerina Dalova currently serves as the Compliance Manager for Enterprise Policies & Controls at Sandoz, where responsibilities include establishing governance models, overseeing policy platforms, and implementing a centralized compliance risk management process. Previously, Katerina was the Global Business Process & Risk Manager at ATS Global, B.V., leading the establishment of a Governance Risk & Compliance strategy and managing various process improvements using Lean and Agile methodologies. Katerina's career also includes roles at Siemens and RWE Customer Service, focusing on finance, controlling, and project coordination. Katerina holds a Master’s degree in Pedagogy from Palacký University in Olomouc and is skilled in process optimization and compliance management.
