Markus Weiß is a seasoned professional in project and portfolio management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries. Currently serving as Director of Technical Project and Portfolio Management and Global Program Manager at Sandoz since September 2016, Markus has also held key roles such as Global Project Lead for Drug Product External Manufacturing at Baxalta and Project Manager for Assay Transfer at Roche Diagnostics Europe. Markus holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and has completed certifications in Project Management Professional from the Institute of Project Management and as a Professional Scrum Master PSMI from Scrum Org.
