Nelson Martins

Nelson Martins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nelson is currently working at Sandoz as the National Value & Market Access Lead. Prior to this, they held the position of Market Access & Hospital Head at Sandoz. Before joining Sandoz, Nelson worked at Lusíadas Saúde as the Medicines Purchasing Manager & Corporate Pharmacy Director for seven years. Nelson also worked as a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator at a confidential company for one year and as the Director of Procurement and Logistics for a brief period. Nelson has experience as a pharmacist, having worked at José de Mello Saúde - Hospital Cuf Infante Santo, Hospital Fernando Fonseca, and Hospital Miguel Bombarda.

Nelson Martins completed their education with a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Faculdade de Farmácia Universidade de Lisboa and a 6-year degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Lisbon. Nelson also attended Cornell University for a program in Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics briefly in 2017.
