Vaibhav Dolare is a seasoned professional in Quality Assurance with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Global Lead QA Aseptic Manufacturing and Global Head QA Ops for Anti-infectives at Sandoz since April 2023, Vaibhav has previously held various senior positions at Novartis, including Global Head QA Operations for Sandoz TechOps and Anti-infectives. Vaibhav's career began in 1994 at FDC Ltd in R&D Biotech, followed by roles at Lupin Limited, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Sandoz, where responsibilities encompassed quality operations and oversight of manufacturing sites to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Vaibhav earned an M.Sc. in Microbiology from the Govt. Institute of Science, Aurangabad.
