Xavier Brixy

Xavier Brixy is an experienced professional in quality management systems, currently serving as the Global Head of Quality Management Systems at Sandoz since April 2023, where responsibilities include establishing and developing the QMS framework across GxP functions. Prior to this, Xavier held various leadership positions within Novartis, including Global Head of Quality Management Systems for the External Supply Organization and Global QMS Operations Head, overseeing compliant QMS frameworks and governance communications. Additionally, Xavier has a strong background in IT management, having worked for companies such as L'Oreal and Schering-Plough, and possesses advanced education in Chemical Engineering and Quality Management Systems, with training certifications including ISO 9001:2015.
