Yang Sophie

Yang Sophie has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People & Organization for Sandoz in Taiwan and Hong Kong since 2013. Prior to this role, Yang held the position of Human Resources Assistant Manager at Bayer Taiwan Co., Ltd. from 1998 to 2012, where responsibilities included developing and executing recruiting plans. Earlier in Yang's career, a role as Human Resources Senior Specialist was undertaken at KPMG Taiwan from July 1995 to July 1997. Yang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from National Chung Hsing University, earned from 1991 to 1995.
