Brandon Holasek

Brandon Holasek, MBA, is a seasoned Senior Operations Engineer currently at SandRidge Energy since September 2021 and has owned Elevation Consulting LLC since January 2021. With extensive experience in production and completion engineering across multiple companies including Devon Energy, QEP Resources, and Questar Exploration & Production Company, Brandon has managed operations for over 3,500 wells and driven significant cost optimizations and efficiency improvements. Notable achievements include a 45% reduction in failure rates through artificial lift design improvements and a $50 million exploration program in the Powder River Basin. Brandon holds an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. Additionally, Brandon possesses a certificate in Business Analytics from The Wharton School.
