Alex Neer has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering, currently serving as Maintenance Supervisor at Sandridge Food Corporation since August 2021. In addition, Alex has been the Owner of Industrial Service And Consulting since July 2015, specializing in hydraulic, pneumatic, and advanced automation systems. Previous positions include President and Engineering Manager at Tubal-Cain Hydraulic Solutions, Inc., Engineer at Hydraulic Systems Inc., Plant Manager at CEMEX, and Manufacturing Manager at Reading Rock, Inc. Alex also held roles at Oldcastle as Production and Maintenance Manager and at Ohio Circuits as Engineering and Quality Manager. Early career experience includes positions as Process Engineer and Second Shift Plant Manager at Tritech Manufacturing Inc. and Proto Circuit, respectively. Educational qualifications include various leadership and technical training courses, as well as attendance at Kent State University and Academy of Health Science Fort Sam Houston.
