Tony D. Niro

Before that, from 2014 to 2021, Tony worked at Newell Brands, where they held multiple positions. Tony D. served as the Sr. Manager of Technical and Engineering, responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic planning for a large injection molding operation. Tony D. managed a team supporting mold setup and processing, equipment and tooling maintenance, engineering support, and automation. Tony was also a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, driving the organization's KPIs and overseeing various systems and processes. Additionally, they played a crucial role in new product development and managed capital expenditures.

Prior to Newell Brands, Tony worked at Shearer's Foods, LLC from 2009 to 2014. Tony D. held the position of Maintenance and Engineering Manager and was responsible for overseeing maintenance activities. Tony D. also served as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager, playing a key role in various engineering and project management initiatives.

From 2005 to 2009, Tony worked at Lamson and Sessions / Thomas & Betts / Prime Conduit as a Senior Project Engineer, where they focused on capital project management.

Before that, from 2001 to 2005, Tony worked again at Newell Brands in different roles. Tony D. served as a Senior Quality Development Engineer, New Products Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, and Program Manager. Tony D. gained extensive experience in quality development, new product development, and manufacturing engineering.

At the start of their career, Tony worked at Delphi from 1995 to 2001. Their roles included Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Supervisor, Manufacturing/Process Engineer, and Lead Manufacturing Engineer.

Afterward, Tony went back to the University of Dayton for their Master's degree in Engineering Management from 1997 to 1999. Lastly, in 2013, they pursued certification in Management Development at Case Western Reserve University.
