Nikki H.

Nikki H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and administrative support roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Research Resource Specialist at Sands Capital since March 2015, Nikki has held various positions within the company, including Assistant to the President and Executive Assistant. Prior to this, Nikki worked at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts as the Assistant to the Executive Director from July 2013 to February 2015 and held positions at SunGard as a Recruiting Coordinator and Administrative Assistant from December 2006 to July 2013. Nikki holds a Certificate in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from CUNY School of Professional Studies, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Management from the Borough of Manhattan Community College and a degree in Pastry Arts from the International Culinary Center.
