Cátia Silva

Cátia Silva, MBA, CESGA®, currently serves as Senior Manager of ESG at Sands China, where a progressive career has included roles ranging from Assistant Manager to Internal Auditor within the organization since May 2018. Prior to this, Cátia gained experience in guest relations and management roles at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel and Crowne Plaza Shanghai Pudong, among other prestigious hospitality establishments. Cátia holds an MBA in Strategic Accounting and Finance, an Executive Education certificate from the University of Cambridge focusing on business and climate change, and other advanced degrees in international business and revenue management, complementing a strong foundation in hotel management from the High School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril.
