Dave Wirgler

Dave Wirgler is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Sands Investment Group since August 2025, Dave previously held the position of Vice President at Northmarq from January 2023 to September 2025. Prior to that, Dave was associated with Stan Johnson Company as Director and Associate Director, focusing on net lease transactions within one of the leading commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firms. With a background that includes serving as Associate Vice President at interPres Commercial Realty and co-founding Laugh Brand, a children’s apparel company, Dave also owned DLW Investment Properties and worked as a Product Manager at Determine Software. Additionally, Dave managed highway operations at Pacer International early in his career. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Westmont College, graduated between 1991 and 1995.
