Marianne Christian

Marianne Christian, CCIM, is a seasoned Net Lease Investment Advisor and Commercial Investment Broker with Sands Investment Group since April 2013, specializing in commercial real estate investment brokerage and single tenant NNN lease properties across the nation. Prior to this role, Marianne served as Principal and founding partner at Real Estate Strategies NW, focusing on the analysis of commercial real estate assets and market expansions. With experience as Principal at Resource Transition Consultants, Marianne provided advisory services to banks on troubled assets, and as Principal and President of Marianne Christian-Griffith Real Estate Consulting, direct involvement in sourcing and developing real estate for various companies was undertaken. Early career highlights include serving as Executive Real Estate Consultant for Red Robin International, where restaurant acquisitions and developments were negotiated in the Pacific Northwest. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. in Education from Boise State University.
