Ben Sands

Ben Sands is the Executive Coach and Founder of Sands Leadership, where Ben helps leaders inspire their teams for next-level performance. Prior to this, Ben served as Managing Director at Water Street Partners and Director at Corporate Executive Board, focusing on international joint ventures and best practices in Corporate Finance. Ben also has experience in sales and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University.
