Assist. Director Of Income And Engagemen at Sands - baby loss charity

Carolyn Bray has extensive experience in fundraising and community engagement, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Income and Engagement at Sands, a charity focused on stillbirth and neonatal death, since October 2002. In this role, Carolyn manages the Fundraising & Events Team and leads initiatives such as the In Memoriam program and the annual Awareness Month, while also overseeing the donor journey experience and department budget. Carolyn played a key role in creating Baby Loss Awareness Week in the UK in 2002, fostering collaboration among over 20 charities.
