Jean-Charles Constant

Jean-Charles Constant currently serves as the Executive Director at Sandstone Care, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Jean-Charles was the CEO and Managing Director at UHS from April 2011 to June 2025, and also held the role of COO/Interim CEO during that tenure. Earlier experience includes various positions at Sisters of Providence Health System from December 1999 to April 2011, including Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, and Shift Supervisor. Jean-Charles has an educational background that includes a Master's degree in Organization Development from American International College, completed in 2006, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clark University.
