Michelle Carroll

Michelle Carroll's work experience spans over several years and includes various roles in different companies. Michelle started their career in 1999 as a Senior Manager Client Services at First Data, where they provided support and escalation for clients using the company's acquiring and issuing systems.

Michelle then worked at Dialect from 2003 to 2007, first as a Manager of Merchant Services, then as a Merchant Operations Director, and finally as a Director of Merchant Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing merchant operations and services.

From 2003 to 2011, Michelle worked at Transaction Network Services as a Director of Payment Operations, overseeing payment operations.

In 2011, they became the Operations Manager at GCP Australia Limited for a year before joining Transaction Network Services again in 2012. This time, they served as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for account management and revenue generation from key clients.

In 2013, Michelle joined Tatts Group as a Group Operations Manager, tasked with managing infrastructure services, release and deployment, security operations, and more.

Michelle then moved to Queensland Health in 2016 and worked as a Manager Information Security for a year.

After that, Michelle joined Flight Centre Travel Group in 2017 as an Enterprise Operations Manager, overseeing enterprise operations.

In 2019, they joined Optus as a Director of Service Fulfilment, responsible for end-to-end product delivery, and later became a Program Director. In 2021, they took on the role of Director of Product Development, leading product development and enhancement for Optus.

Michelle Carroll's most recent position is as the Chief Delivery Officer at Sandstone Technology since 2023.

Michelle Carroll completed their education history as follows:

- In 2022-2023, they attended the Fortinet Training Institute and received a degree as an NSE2 Network Security Associate, specializing in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism.
